Delivery time

You will receive your order within 3-5 working days within the EU.

Carrier and last-mile delivery

We ship with PostNL. Once your parcel reaches your country, the final delivery is handled by your local postal service.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link. You can follow the shipment with PostNL and, after handover, via your local postal service.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the EU/EEA, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Missed delivery or pickup point

If delivery is attempted when no one is available, the carrier may leave your parcel at a nearby pickup point. Please collect it within the pickup window shown on the tracking page to avoid return shipping.
